The Tinsley Institute is a resource and study centre committed to a Biblical response to ethical issues raised today.
Rev Rod Benson serves as ethicist and public theologian for the Tinsley Institute, and Public Affairs Director for the NSW Council of Churches.
The Tinsley Institute serves the church and community through:
- RESEARCH - on a wide range of contemporary social and ethical issues
- WRITING - resources for media, the church and the academic world
- SPEAKING - at churches, conferences, seminars and other settings
- LOBBYING - state and federal governments and associated agencies
- TEACHING - theological and other students on campus and online
